At Blue Bungalow AU, we want you to love your new outfit; if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
